I love the Touch ‘n Hold door closer! The site to order was easy to maneuver, delivery was fast and it is easy to install. I have replaced all of my doors with Touch ‘n Holds.

Install was ez. Good video. If I can do it anybody can. Had to replace a broken unit (brand unknown) despot size differences it all came together nicely. Will use these on our next house

Easy to follow instructions (and Youtube video). Had to slightly modify my screened-in-porch screen door to fit the bracket.
Just installed today, but they (purchased 2) seem to do what they were made to do.

Reasonably priced. Yet good quality. The product was the right size and ordering was a breeze and I got it in the maroon color which is the same color as my door. No more riding to the hardware store and just getting something adequate in white or black. Good job. Thanks again.

Hoping for the best with this HD model. Absolutely love the hold open design but this is my 3rd closer in just over 3 years. The previous 2–not the HD model—lasted till just past the 1 year warranty period. So I bought 2 HD models in case these too are consumable/disposable, like ink-jet cartridges.
We shall see.
The delivery was delayed by more than 2 weeks almost 3 weeks. I ordered this one after ordering one that didn’t work.
I’m hoping to see if this is operational.
Order was by telephone, but incorrect, though related, item was shipped; tried using it anyway, as subsequent TC informed me that, while not what I ordered, it was usable in the place of the one I had ordered. Was unable to get that item to function at all, despite watching on-line instructions as directed by subsequent phone contact, and referring to briefer enclosed instructions. Another of that same item was shipped as a replacement, and that one eventually basically “worked.” On the plus side, technician responded promptly to my complaint(s), and made a sincere effort to solve this problem. However, I’d strongly suggest a revamp of on-line and printed instructions–e.g., “With one hand, pull the cylinder out…” just doesn’t apply if even an exceptionally strong relative, called in to help, just can’t budge it.
I haven’t received it yet.
